VU Ultra 50UT Smart TV Review

VU Ultra 4K Smart TV Review with Good & Bad’s

Build Quality

Let’s Start from build quality, nowadays TV’s become so cheap that all the TV manufacturing companies just care about how they can fill their tv with tons of features but no one cares about the structure of the TV.  But VU doesn’t compromise here they come up with full metal back and plastic edges.

The Remote of VU Ultra is identical to the previous model and had features apps hotkeys and overall feels very durable and solid in the hand. The stand comes up with this one looks like made of metal but there is a point here from the inside stand is made of metal but for an outer look then gone with plastic frankly it looks average doesn’t feel premium.

Overall In terms of Build Quality, I’ll give 9 out of 10 to VU Ultra 5o UT TV.

Audio Quality

VU Ultra TV Front

This VU Ultra 5oUT TV had a 30Watt dual speaker at the bottom.  After using this TV for 2 weeks I overall liked the sound quality of VU Ultra but at full volume, the sound starts to echo a little bit but I have to say the sound on this tv is very loud.

For music listeners I suggest go for an external sound system if you want to enjoy music videos on this big screen.

Overall in Terms of Sound, I feel its good for the price.

Operating System

The Vu Ultra 4K TV range is working on Android TV 9.0 Pie Operating System, with support for all major apps and streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hotstar, Google Play, and YouTube and Hot Keys for all these apps is available on the remote you can easily fire up any app without going into the menu and due to hotkeys it’s very easy to switch between these apps

Due to good hardware, OS feels buttery smooth on this and one thing l loved about VU Ultra TV they come with stock android. So, I’ll like to give 10 out of 10 in the OS department

Specifications

As the name suggests, this VU Ultra 50-Inch TV had a screen resolution of 3840×2160 pixels. The televisions also support HDR 10 including the Dolby Vision & Dobly Audio standard and have a brightness of 400nits.

In terms o Internals this one had 2GM of RAM and a High-end Quad-Core processor with Mali-470 GPU which is good enough to run this tv smoothly.

Display

All the TVs in this Ultra Series range had 4K Panels and talking about my experience with 5oUT model I have to say the picture quality is A+. I have nothing to say bad about this Display colors are bright and punchy, viewing angles are great, deep black and no screen bleeding issues.

The display is bright enough even if your room lit up with some natural sunlight. So, In terms of Display, I’ll give 10 out of 10. Moreover, in this VU Ultra smart tv, you get HDR 10 with Dolby Vision Support which enhances Netflix supported content watching experience.
